1. Appointment Policy

• A $50 deposit is required for all appointments.

• Deposits are applied to the cost of services rendered.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your card on file will be charged the cancellation fee.

2. Payments and Billing

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options.

• You authorize us to store your payment method securely for booking and cancellation purposes.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest level of care. However, due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services:

ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL.

This includes:

• Treatments

• Packages

• Products

• Deposits

• Membership payments

Once a service has been performed or a product has left the clinic, no refunds will be issued.

4. Results and Expectations

Aesthetic and wellness treatments vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate medical and personal information

• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions

• Use products and medications as directed

• Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before treatment

Failure to follow instructions may affect results or safety.

6. Financing Disclaimer

Financing is offered through Cherry as a third-party service.

Aesthetic Institute is not affiliated with Cherry and does not control approval decisions, interest rates, repayment terms, or account management.

Any financing inquiries must be directed to Cherry.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized access or misuse

• Copy or republish website content without permission

• Use the site for fraudulent or illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, images, graphics, service descriptions, and written materials belong to Aesthetic Institute. You may not duplicate or distribute them without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aesthetic Institute is not liable for:

• Complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions

• Allergic reactions not previously disclosed
